Chinese Soup 汤水 DIY



今年1月到朋友家吃团年饭时记下了霸王花海螺汤的清单,今下午终于能偷闲学习熬汤。因为这个学期没有体育或课外活动,周一,二,三下午没事的话都可以准时下班。周五本来就没有课,没有特别任务我就在家里工作而足不出户。加上春天暖和的天气和悠长的日照时间,心情比冬天最冷,最暗,最忙碌的日子好多了。并且,我可以重新拿起一度荒废了的毛笔去钻研山水画。生活重新有了色彩。
这个汤的材料是猪“輾”,响螺片,霸王花,无花果干,桂圆,蜜枣。味道和我在朋友家尝到的相去不远。不用放盐已经有足够的味道。其实没有什么夫,这些材料配合在一起熬的话,味道就很好。感兴趣的话,我可以把具体的分量告诉你们。
学会了熬汤,没有太太或家佣都无所谓了。

Agree with everything you have said except your last sentence - it still makes a difference if the soup is boiled for you by your wife! Work hard on that!
